These two people are the best team I’ve ever come across. With Luke helping me with the physical side of things through his naturopathy, and Kristi’s guidance and wisdom when it comes to the emotional side – they have helped me completely transform my health, my mentality and my life for the better. I don’t know where I’d be today without them, probably still sick and still struggling daily without realising why.  A friend passed me Luke’s details a couple of years ago, when I returned to Oz from my home country and was the sickest I’d ever been. I was in a crisis and didn’t know where to turn, so I reached out to Luke in hope that he’d help me find some answers. I liked that he specialises in figuring out mystery illnesses, as everything to me back then was very much a mystery. After chatting with Luke a few times and doing a few different tests, he referred me on to Kristi as it became apparent that it wasn’t rooted as a physical issue – it was emotional issues that were manifesting as illnesses in my body. I then started working with Kristi, chatting with her every month and unpacking some of my childhood / traumas I’d been through.  My life the past 2 years has had moments of being completely insane, which she’s helped me process in a healthy way and move on from positively. I now, 2 years later, continue to work with both Luke and Kristi – Luke when necessary and Kristi still every month – and today I stand the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life, and excitedly expecting my first child! Something I always hoped and prayed was possible for me, but that I had big fears and doubts around potentially not being able to achieve. The proof is in the pudding, and I’m living breathing proof that these two people are the best team to have behind you. I couldn’t sing their praises any louder, and I’m eternally grateful for them being a part of my life and my journey.
